To the Katipunang Kabataan (KK) of Barangay Tagbayani, thank you for your unwavering support and dedication to this meaningful event. Your courage and efforts demonstrate your commitment to contributing to and fostering a more active, responsible, and empowered youth community.

Congratulations on being awarded as the 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 at the recently concluded Municipal Youth Convention 2026, Wave 8, held at Doña Helen Gymnasium on May 10, 2026.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁'𝘀 𝗔 𝗪𝗿𝗮𝗽! 🫡

The 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗴𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝗻 𝗡𝗴 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝗯𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶 successfully held the 1𝘀𝘁 𝗞𝗞 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗬 for the year 2026 with the theme: “Makiisa at Makilahok.”

The assembly started with an opening prayer, singing of the National Anthem, and Martsa Sison via audio presentation, then a welcome remarks by our SK Chairperson 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 𝗢. 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗼. An HIV Symposium was conducted by the Municipal Registered Nurse Ma’am 𝗝𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻 𝗖. 𝗔𝗹𝘃𝗶𝘀, RN, providing valuable insights on HIV prevention, awareness, and responsible health practices among the youth. The assembly followed by a short but meaningful and interactive message by our special guest Ma'am 𝗝𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗮 𝗠. 𝗕𝗼𝗿𝗷𝗮, together with our Barangay Kagawad 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗦. 𝗝𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗹 who attended in behalf of our Barangay Captain 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗦. 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 and the Barangay Officials. Our Sangguniang Kabataan Pederasyon President 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗻 𝗢. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗼 also shared a short lecture about mental health, discussing how our mental well-being is important and how it helps you navigate challenges, cope with adversity, and recover from life's setbacks especially for the youth.

The last part of the assembly is where the very purpose of the KK Assembly was discussed and presented such as the accomplishments from the previous year and the proposed SK budget for the current year. This gathering served as a valuable opportunity to keep the youth of Barangay Tagbayani informed on current and future programs, projects, and initiatives aimed at their development, while also motivating them to contribute to fostering a more active, responsible, and empowered youth community. By engaging in initiatives like this, the SK upholds its dedication to transparency, involvement of youth, and community awareness.

This annual observance emphasizes the significance of promoting gender equality, empowering women, and recognizing their essential contribution to creating a more inclusive and progressive society.

In line with this observance, we recognize and honor the hardworking 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀, for their significant contributions to the community. It is through their dedication, leadership, and commitment that showcase the important role of women in the community.
