🏫🚨 SCHOOL SAFETY DRILL | BAKIT MAHALAGANG SERYOSOHIN ANG EMERGENCY DRILLS?

Ang emergency drill ay hindi lamang isang regular na aktibidad sa paaralan. Ito ay mahalagang paghahanda upang malaman ng bawat mag-aaral, g**o, at school personnel ang tamang gagawin kapag dumating ang tunay na emergency.

Sa pamamagitan ng regular at seryosong pagsasagawa ng drills, nahahasa ang tamang pagtugon sa mga sitwasyon tulad ng lindol, sunog, bagyo, intrusion o panghihimasok, at bomb threat.

✅ Nakabubuo ng tamang gawi at disiplina sa kaligtasan
✅ Nababawasan ang panic, kalituhan, at posibleng pinsala
✅ Nagiging pamilyar ang lahat sa evacuation routes at procedures
✅ Nahahasa ang mabilis, maayos, at ligtas na paglikas

CSPPO JOINS CEREMONIAL PROCLAMATION OF LUPI AS STABLE INTERNAL PEACE AND SECURITY MUNICIPALITY

LUPI, CAMARINES SUR — The Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office, under the leadership of PCOL TYRONE RAZON DOTIMAS, Officer-in-Charge, joined the Ceremonial Proclamation of Stable Internal Peace and Security (SIPS) Status of the Municipality of Lupi held on August 20, 2026, at the Municipal Covered Court, Poblacion, Lupi, Camarines Sur.

Representing PCOL DOTIMAS during the activity was PLTCOL DINO BEN E REGASPI, Chief, PCADU, who joined local government officials, representatives from the security sector, and other partner stakeholders in formally recognizing the municipality’s SIPS status.

The activity was initiated by the 81st Infantry Battalion, 7th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, in partnership with the Local Government Unit of Lupi and other partner stakeholders, highlighting the strong collaboration among government agencies, security forces, local officials, and the community in sustaining peace, security, and development in the municipality.

The ceremonial proclamation signifies the collective gains achieved through sustained peace and security efforts and the continuing cooperation of various sectors in maintaining an environment conducive to community development and public safety.

The activity also underscored the importance of maintaining strong partnerships among the PNP, Armed Forces of the Philippines, local government units, and community stakeholders to preserve the gains achieved and prevent the resurgence of threats to peace and security.

PCOL DOTIMAS reaffirmed the CSPPO’s commitment to continuously work alongside its partner agencies and communities in sustaining peace and order throughout Camarines Sur. He emphasized that achieving SIPS status is not only a milestone but also a shared responsibility that requires continued vigilance, cooperation, and active community participation.

The CSPPO remains steadfast in supporting initiatives that strengthen inter-agency collaboration, promote community participation, and ensure a safe, peaceful, and progressive Camarines Sur.

Camp Miranda, Camarines Sur — Officer-in-Charge, Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO), PCOL TYRONE RAZON DOTIMAS, joined the Prayer Breakfast attended by the Chiefs of Police, Force Commanders, Municipal/City Executive Senior Police Officers (MESPOs), and MCAD PNCOs of the District 1 police stations and 1st Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC) on August 20, 2026, at the Activity Center, LGU Compound, Brgy. South Centro, Sipocot, Camarines Sur.

The gathering brought together personnel from Del Gallego MPS, Ragay MPS, Lupi MPS, Sipocot MPS, Cabusao MPS, and 1st PMFC, providing an opportunity for police personnel to strengthen camaraderie, renew their commitment to public service, and seek guidance and blessings through prayer.

Also gracing the activity was Bishop Joey Piano of Bread Inc., who shared words of faith, encouragement, and inspiration with the participating police personnel. His presence underscored the importance of spiritual guidance and unity in strengthening the morale and dedication of those entrusted with maintaining peace and security in the community.

PCOL DOTIMAS emphasized the value of faith, unity, and collective commitment in carrying out the police mission, particularly in ensuring that police services remain responsive, compassionate, and grounded on the needs of the community.

“Our strength as police officers is not measured only by our ability to enforce the law, but also by our unity, faith, and genuine commitment to serve our people. Let us continue to stand together, support one another, and perform our duties with integrity and compassion,” PCOL DOTIMAS said.

Camp Miranda, Camarines Sur — PCOL TYRONE RAZON DOTIMAS, Officer-in-Charge of the Camarines Sur Police Provincial Office (CSPPO), paid a courtesy visit to Provincial Chief Prosecutor RICHARD T. CU at the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office in Naga City, Camarines Sur, on August 20, 2026. The visit underscored the commitment of both offices to strengthen police-prosecutor coordination in support of effective law enforcement, proper case handling, and the efficient administration of justice.

During the engagement, PCOL DOTIMAS and Prosecutor CU discussed ways to further enhance coordination in criminal investigations and case preparation, ensuring that law enforcement efforts are supported by appropriate legal processes.
