PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF MARKET VALUES (SMV) 2027
Notice is hereby given that the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) 2027 is now available for public viewing.

This is pursuant to Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), which upholds transparency, fairness, and uniformity in real property valuation.

All property owners, stakeholders, and concerned members of the public are encouraged to view the proposed SMV and participate in this important process.

📢 PUBLIC HEARING ANNOUNCEMENT

The Province of Camarines Sur will be conducting a Public Hearing on the Proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values (SMV) in accordance with Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

This public hearing aims to present and discuss the proposed 2027 Schedule of Market Values, which shall serve as the basis for real property valuation and taxation in the province, pursuant to the provisions of R.A. 12001 (RPVARA).

All concerned stakeholders including property owners, real estate practitioners, business groups, and members of the general public are highly encouraged to attend. Your participation is essential in promoting transparency, fairness, and accuracy in the valuation process.

Pursuant to Sections 206, 207, and 223 of Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991, and in accordance with the BLGF and DILG guidelines under the Manual on Real Property Appraisal and Assessment Operations, the Municipal Assessor’s Office hereby informs the public that owner copies of unclaimed Notices of Assessment and Revised Tax Declarations of real properties have been transmitted to the respective barangays listed hereunder, to wit:

Barangays:

Bagong Sirang, Binahian, Manangle, Taisan, Gaongan, Tara, San Isidro, Malubago, Tula-Tula, Vigaan, Calagbangan, South Villazar, Bolo Norte, Bolo Sur, Alteza, and Impig.

Property owners from the abovementioned barangays are advised to coordinate with their respective Barangay Councils to claim their Notice of Assessment and Revised Tax Declaration.

For further inquiries, you may also visit or contact the Municipal Assessor’s Office, during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

🗓️ Ang trabaho sa lahat ng tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Executive Branch ay suspendido sa Setyembre 22, 2025 (Lunes) simula 1:00 n.h.

👉 Gayunpaman, ang mga pangunahing tanggapan na may kinalaman sa serbisyong panlipunan, kalusugan, pang-emerhensiya, at pagtugon sa sakuna ay magpapatuloy sa operasyon.
