RDRRMC CALABARZON EOC UPDATE

Thunderstorm Advisory No. 4

Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over (Real, Infanta, General Nakar, Candelaria, Tiaong, San Antonio, Dolores, Sariaya), Zambales(San Marcelino, Botolan) and Nueva Ecija(Cabiao, San Antonio) within the next 2 hours.

Heavy to intense rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are being experienced in (Tanay, Pililla), # Laguna(Santa Maria, Siniloan, Famy, Mabitac), (Tanauan, Malvar, Talisay, Laurel, Agoncillo, Balete, Mataasnakahoy, Lipa, Cuenca, San Nicolas), (Tagaytay), Pampanga(Porac, Mabalacat, Angeles) and Tarlac(Bamban, Concepcion) which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.

Isinagawa ng MDRRMO Siniloan ang 1-Day Emergency Preparedness and Rescue Orientation/Demonstration para sa mga tour guides ng Brgy. Liyang at Brgy. Laguio bilang bahagi ng pagpapalakas ng kahandaan at kaligtasan sa turismo.

Sa nasabing aktibidad, itinuro sa mga kalahok ang tamang bandaging techniques, splinting techniques, basic knot tying, anchoring system, paggamit ng improvised rescue tools, basic rappelling, victim packaging, at victim approach o tamang paraan ng pagsagip sa mga nalulunod. Layunin nitong mapalawak ang kanilang kaalaman at kakayahan sa pagresponde sa iba’t ibang uri ng emerhensya habang ginagampanan ang kanilang tungkulin bilang tour guides.

Patuloy ang MDRRMO Siniloan sa pagsusulong ng ligtas, handa, at responsableng turismo para sa kapakanan ng mga turista at komunidad.
