To qualify for EDU-CASHYON, the applicant must:
1. Be a bona fide resident of Barangay Lantad.
2. Be a registered voter of Barangay Lantad. For applicants who are not yet registered voters, they must not be registered voters in another barangay, and their parents must satisfy the residency/voter requirements set by the SK.
3. Have successfully completed School Year 2025β2026.
4. Have been enrolled during SY 2025β2026 in Junior High School, Senior High School, or College.

Applicants must meet ALL of the following:
1. Must have completed the entire SY 2025β2026.
2. Must have been enrolled as a Junior High School or Senior High School student during SY 2025β2026.
3. Must have obtained a General Weighted Average (GWA) of 95% or higher for the applicable grading periods.
4. Must have no grade lower than 90% in any subject and in any term or grading throughout the applicable grading periods.
5. Academic performance shall be evaluated based on the applicantβs official grades for SY 2025β2026, covering the applicable quarters, terms, or semesters.

Applicants must meet ALL of the following:
1. Must have completed the entire SY 2025β2026.
2. Must have been enrolled as a College student during SY 2025β2026.
3. Must have obtained a GWA of 90% or higher for the applicable grading periods.
4. Must have no grade lower than 88% in any subject and in any term or grading throughout the applicable grading periods.
5. Academic performance shall be evaluated based on the applicantβs official grades for SY 2025β2026, covering the applicable terms or semesters.

Applicants are required to submit:
1. One (1) printed photocopy of the official Report Card for SY 2025β2026; OR a printed copy/screenshot of the official Digital Report Card from the school portal.
2. A photo of the original Report Card or an actual view of the studentβs school portal may be requested for verification.
3. Certificate of Residency, when deemed necessary for verification of residency.
4. Any additional document that may be required by the SK for proper validation of the application.
