As we honor Women’s Month, I stand with pride not just as a Filipina, but as a woman in uniform, a guardian, a leader, and a symbol of unwavering strength. In a profession once dominated by men, we, the female officers of the Philippine National Police (PNP), continue to break barriers, proving that courage knows no gender.

This month serves as a powerful reminder of our resilience, dedication, and commitment to serve and protect. To all the incredible women whether in uniform, in the workplace, or at home, your courage, sacrifices, and contributions shape our nation’s future.
