PNPA Academics Group FACULTY SERVES AS PANELIST IN GRADUATE SCHOOL RESEARCH COLLOQUIUM...
CAMP GENERAL MARIANO N. CASTAรEDA, Silang, Cavite โ PMAJ Dr. JOSE MARI C. JASMIN, PhD, Assistant Head, Department of Learning Resource, Academics Group of the Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA), served as one of the panel members during the Graduate School Research Colloquium hosted by the Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) on 21 February 2026 at its Manila campus.
The academic activity convened distinguished members of the criminological community, graduate students, and subject matter experts to examine current research initiatives and emerging perspectives in criminal justice education. The colloquium carried the theme โInnovating Criminal Justice Education for a Digital Future,โ highlighting the role of research and technology in strengthening criminology instruction and professional practice.
Dr. Jasmin joined a distinguished panel of academic leaders and experts who provided critical evaluation, professional insights, and scholarly recommendations on the research presentations of graduate students.
Also present during the colloquium were Atty. Alva, Dean of the Graduate School of the Philippine College of Criminology; Atty. Rodolfo V. Castillo Jr., Vice President and Dean of the College of Criminology of Universidad de Manila; Dr. Rizalino D. Flores, Dean of the College of Criminal Justice of Universidad de Manila; Dr. Muldong of La Consolacion College and Dr. Peralta from the Graduate School of the Philippine College of Criminology.
The participation of the PNPA faculty member reflects the Academyโs continued commitment to advancing criminological research, strengthening academic partnerships, and supporting initiatives that contribute to the development of competent, research-oriented public safety professionals.
At the conclusion of the activity, the organizers awarded plaques of appreciation to the panel members in recognition of their valuable contribution to the success of the colloquium.
