CSIT Faculty in collaboration with the Sibulan National High School Faculty, successfully completed and published the research study “From Training to Transformation: Impact Assessment of the AI-Ready Educators Community Extension Program among DepEd School Teachers.”

The study is a research output of the AI-Ready Educators community extension program, highlighting its impact on teachers’ knowledge, skills, confidence, and readiness to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education.

📢 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

As part of the Municipality of Sibulan's commitment under the leadership of 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞 "𝐏𝐞𝐩𝐞" 𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐞𝐫𝐚, an informative youth awareness program was successfully conducted at 𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 at 𝟏:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌.

The activity featured lectures on 𝐈𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐬, the 𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢-𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐜𝐭, the 𝐉𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐟𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐜𝐭, and an 𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐬𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞 aimed at promoting safety, discipline, and responsible decision-making among students.

Present during the activity were 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐋𝐢𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐉𝐮𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐳, 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐑𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐅𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐨, 𝐒𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐫. 𝐄𝐝𝐟𝐞𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐠, and 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐉𝐚𝐲 𝐑 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐚, whose support and participation contributed to the success of the program.

This initiative reflects the Municipality's continuing commitment to educating and empowering the youth by fostering a safe, informed, disciplined, and drug-free community.

Sibulan National High School respectfully appeals to all parents and guardians to support the school's efforts in preventing the spread of conjunctivitis (sore eyes) within the school community.

Parents and guardians are respectfully advised not to send learners to school if they are exhibiting signs and symptoms of conjunctivitis, as the infection is highly contagious. Affected learners are encouraged to remain at home, receive appropriate care, and return to school only after they have fully recovered and are no longer contagious.

Your cooperation is vital in helping us ensure a safe, healthy, and conducive learning environment for all.
