Who is Qualified to Join?

o ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ: Must be a resident of the Municipality of Sibulan.
o ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ ๐ž: Perfect for student-led startups, hobbyists turning passion into profit, and small youth-owned pop-up businesses.
o ๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ญ๐ข๐œ๐ž: Business permits and licenses are not required to apply โ€“ this is a friendly, accessible space for early-stage youth ideas!

2. Complete the Documents: Print out the application documents and fill them out completely.
3. Submit to your Barangay SK: Submit your Application Form and present a Valid ID to your Barangay SK.
4. Or Submit to the LYDO:
a. Digital Submission: Scan your documents and send them to [email protected] (If submitting digitally, please bring the original hard copies on the day of the event.
b. Manual Drop-Off: Submit your documents directly to the Office of the Local Youth Development Officer (LYDO), 2nd floor, Sibulan Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental
5. Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will receive a confirmation of your slot via text message)
6. Deadline for applications: August 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM

* Representation: Each participating school shall be represented by only one (1) participant.
* Requirements: Participants must present an official endorsement from their respective school.
* Contest Topics: The artwork will focus on Corruption, Climate Change, or Health Issues, with the specific topic determined via draw lots before the contest starts.
* Materials: All necessary materials (Oil Color Pastels, Pencils, Erasers, Marker/Pentel Pen, and 1/2 size Illustration Board) will be provided by the organizers. Participants are strictly prohibited from using outside materials, except for cotton.
* Duration: Participants will have three (3) hours to create their original poster.
