In line with the guidelines set forth in DILG MC No. 2023-068 regarding the SK Full Public Disclosure (FPD) Policy, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) officials of Cubay Sermon, Sibalom, Antique have launched their own Full Disclosure Policy Board.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) mandates that the SK Chairperson establish the SK Full Public Disclosure (FPD) Policy Board and ensure the publication of SK-related documents. This initiative is designed to enhance public awareness of available funds and their intended allocation.

The SK Full Public Disclosure Policy Board plays a crucial role in fostering transparency and accountability within the SK. By making documents such as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP), Annual Barangay Youth Investment Program (ABYIP), annual budgets, and financial reports publicly accessible, the board ensures that the community is well-informed about the SK’s plans and financial activities.
