๐Ÿšจ NATIONWIDE SIMULTANEOUS SCHOOL SAFETY DRILL ON ACTIVE ATTACK INCIDENTS || 03 SEPTEMBER 2026

BFP Sara Fire Station personnel, led by SFO4 Ricky C. Dula-ogon, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, together with the Philippine National Police (PNP)-Sara, 2nd IPMFC-Sara, MDRRMO-Sara, and RHU-Sara, participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill on Active Attack Incidents held at Sara National High School, Sara, Iloilo.

The activity served as an important preparedness and safety initiative aimed at strengthening the capability of school personnel, learners, emergency responders, and partner agencies to respond calmly, appropriately, and safely during an active attack or other critical emergency situations.

The drill also provided an opportunity to assess existing emergency procedures, enhance inter-agency coordination and communication, identify areas for improvement, and reinforce awareness of proper safety, lockdown, evacuation, and emergency response protocols.

Through continued drills and collaborative efforts, the participating agencies remain committed to promoting a safer and more prepared school community, where every learner, teacher, and responder is better equipped to protect lives and respond effectively during emergencies.
