PARA SA IMPORMASYON SANG TANAN:
Magahiwat sang Public Consultation ang Office of the Provincial Assessor, kaupod ang 16 ka Municipal Assessor sang nagakalain-lain nga kabanwahan, tuhoy sa ginaduso nga Listahan sang Balor sang Propedad ukon 2028 Schedule of Market Values (SMV).

Ini nga SMV amo ang mangin basehan sang husto nga pagbuwis sang mga propedad. Ginhimo ini agud masiguro nga ang aton pag-value kag pag-assess mangin patas, masanag, kag makatarungan para sa tanan, santo sa pagsulundan sang sang Philippine Valuation Standards (PVS) kag sa idalom sang Republic Act No. 12001 ukon ang Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA).

Ginapangabay ang inyo partisipasyon sa masunod nga mga petsa:

LGU Sapian | Office of the Municipal Assessor

Last December 16–17, 2025, the Office of the Municipal Assessor of LGU Sapian conducted the Upgrading of the eReal Property Tax Appraisal and Assessment System (ERPTAS) Training, in partnership with FersysTech Inc.

This activity aims to enhance system efficiency, improve accuracy in property appraisal and assessment, and strengthen digital service delivery in the local government. A step forward toward a more modern, reliable, and responsive public service.
