𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 / 𝐑𝐂𝐒𝐏 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

May 29, 2026|| The DILG, together with the MPDO, facilitated the conduct of the Town Hall Meeting / RCSP Consultation at the SB Session Hall, Sapang Dalaga, participated in by representatives from the PNP, PA, BFP, LGU Department Heads, and selected Punong Barangays (2026 RCSP barangays), which served as a venue to discuss the issues and concerns gathered during the Ugnayan sa Barangay activities, strengthen coordination among stakeholders in addressing community needs, and initiate plans for the upcoming Serbisyo Caravan to ensure the delivery of responsive government services to identified barangays.

May 13, 2026 || The RCSP Core Team of LGU Sapang Dalaga continued the conduct of the Ugnayan sa Barangay in Barangay Dasa as part of the immersion phase of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP).

May 12, 2026 || The RCSP Core Team of LGU Sapang Dalaga continued the conduct of the Ugnayan sa Barangay in Barangays Sixto Velez Sr. and Sepac as part of the immersion phase of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP).

The activity gathered the Barangay Councils, CSO representatives, and community members in a meaningful dialogue aimed at strengthening collaboration and promoting active community participation.

May 07, 2026 || Day 3 - The RCSP Core Team, together with the Barangay Council and CSO representatives of Barangay Dalumpinas and Salimpuno, continued the conduct of Ugnayan sa Barangay as part of the immersion phase of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP).

𝗨𝗚𝗡𝗔𝗬𝗔𝗡 𝗦𝗔 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬

May 06, 2026 ||Day 2 - Immersion phase of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP), the RCSP Core Team of LGU Sapang Dalaga, in coordination with the Barangay Councils and CSO representatives, successfully conducted the Ugnayan sa Barangay in Barangays Guinabot and Bitibut.

The activity continued to strengthen community participation through meaningful dialogue and consultation with residents, providing an avenue for the people to openly express their concerns, issues, and development priorities within their respective barangays.

During the engagement, identified concerns were carefully validated and classified into primary and secondary issues to serve as a guide in formulating responsive programs, projects, and activities that address the actual needs of the communities.

May 05, 2026 || The RCSP Core Team of LGU Sapang Dalaga, together with the Barangay Council and CSO representatives, successfully conducted the Ugnayan sa Barangay in Barangays Masubong and San Agustin as part of the immersion phase of the Retooled Community Support Program (RCSP).

This activity served as a venue for open dialogue, where community members were able to raise their concerns and actively participate in identifying solutions for local development.

Through the engagement, various community concerns were identified and categorized into primary and secondary issues, providing a clearer basis for planning appropriate and responsive interventions.

By clearly identifying these concerns, the activity promotes transparency, strengthens trust in government, and ensures that interventions are responsive to the real needs of the community, ultimately fostering unity and resilience at the barangay level.

𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐒𝐆𝐋𝐆 𝐈𝐅 𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲

May 04,2026 || LGU Sapang Dalaga conducted the Turn Over Ceremony of the 2024 SGLG-IF Evacuation Center Storage Room at the Municipal Evacuation Center.

With the presence of Director Bruce Colao, Regional Director of DILG Region 10; Engr. Roberto Garcia of DILG Misamis Occidental; and MLGOO Roy Vicente of DILG Sapang Dalaga, the LGU, led by Mayor Dawn M. Animas and Vice Mayor Donjie D. Animas, formally accepted the facility, marking another milestone in strengthening disaster preparedness and response capability.

Also present during the activity were SB Members, Department Heads, and other key stakeholders

Following the Turn Over Ceremony, Director Bruce Colao conducted an interfacing with LGU Department Heads, where he shared an inspiring message on the importance of collaboration and complementing each other’s roles in achieving the desired goals of the LGU.

The session reinforced unity, teamwork, and a shared vision toward effective and responsive local governance. 💬
