On August 29, 2026, at 8:00 AM, Bike Patrol PNP Personnel of Santo Tomas Municipal Police Station led by PSSg Rio B Malnegro, Patrol Member conducted Bike Patrolling and Visibility Operations in key areas of convergence of Santo Tomas.
The initiative aimed to ensure the safety and security of the general public particularly at gas station. The deployment of the Bike Patrol Team was part of the strategic effort to establish police presence in areas with high foot traffic and mobility areas.

On August 29, 2026 at about 12:07 PM, PNP Personnel of Santo Tomas MPS led by PSSg Erra Herazel S Cabibil, Finance PNCO together with Force Multipliers conducted Police visibility and Patrolling at Santo Tomas Public Market and Bus Terminal, Feeder Road 2, Barangay Tibal-og, Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte in relation to Patrol Rehiyon Onse and to the marching order of our Chief, PNP to be relentless on Anti-criminality campaign through intensive police visibility and to inform the public for their safety and security.

The operation was carried out with the primary purpose of ensuring the safety and security of the local residents, deterring criminal activity, and fostering a sense of security within the community. By maintaining a visible police presence, the operation also aimed to strengthen the PNP's ongoing anti-criminality campaign and enhance public trust and cooperation in law enforcement efforts.

On August 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM, personnel of Santo Tomas Municipal Police Station led by PCPT ARCHEL B CALAMBA, Operation Officer conducted a random checkpoint operation at Brgy. New Katipunan, Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte. All private and public utility vehicles passing through the area were properly flagged down and subjected to visual inspection.
This activity forms part of the intensified police visibility and anti-criminality campaign of the station. Strategically placed and randomly conducted checkpoints serve as a proactive measure to deter criminal elements, intercept wanted persons, prevent the transport of illegal drugs, loose fi****ms, and other contraband, and ensure that lawless individuals are discouraged from operating within the municipality.
The operation was carried out with utmost professionalism, respect for human rights, and strict adherence to police protocols. Motorists and commuters were reminded to cooperate with authorities and to always carry the necessary documents while traveling. Through sustained checkpoint operations and active community partnership, Santo Tomas MPS remains committed to maintaining peace, order, and public safety in the Municipality of Santo Tomas.
