A FATHER FIGURE, A MENTOR, AND A TRUE PUBLIC SERVANT.

From the very beginning of our journey in public service, you were there to guide us, support us, and remind us that serving the people is never an easy responsibility.

Kap Dennis, you were more than just the Punong Barangay of Sta. Anastacia. You were a father figure, a mentor, and a guiding light to the entire Sangguniang Kabataan Council. You welcomed us as your own children, listened to our concerns, supported our initiatives, and never hesitated to extend a helping hand whenever challenges came our way.

Maraming salamat, Kap Dennis, sa walang sawang paggabay sa aming Sangguniang Kabataan. Sa bawat problemang aming kinaharap, lagi kang nariyan upang magbigay ng payo, solusyon, at lakas ng loob. Hindi mo kami pinabayaan, kahit sa mga panahong puno ng pagsubok at pagdududa. You believed in our capabilities as young leaders and taught us that genuine public service requires patience, dedication, integrity, and, above all, a heart for the people.

Mamimiss namin ang iyong mga biro, pangungulit, paalala, at higit sa lahat, ang iyong dedikasyon sa paglilingkod sa ating barangay. You made every challenge seem easier because we knew that we had someone like you to guide us along the way.

You taught us that leadership is not measured by the position we hold, but by the lives we touch and the people we serve. Your unwavering commitment to Barangay Sta. Anastacia will forever remain an inspiration to the young leaders you helped shape.

As we mourn your untimely and tragic passing, we stand in solidarity with your family and everyone seeking truth and justice. We hope that those responsible will be held accountable under the law and that justice will bring peace and healing to our grieving community.

Managot ang dapat managot. Hindi dapat manaig ang karahasan at takot sa barangay na buong puso mong pinaglingkuran. Ang iyong pagkamatay ay hindi lamang pagkawala ng isang lider, kundi pagkawala ng isang ama, kaibigan, at haligi ng ating komunidad.

Kap Dennis, your legacy will never be forgotten. The values you instilled in us will continue to guide the Sangguniang Kabataan in serving the youth and the people of Barangay Sta. Anastacia.

September 08, 1976 – October 15, 2026

With profound grief and heavy hearts, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Sta. Anastacia mourns the sudden and tragic passing of our beloved Punong Barangay, Hon. Dennis Tenorio Austria.

Today, our barangay has lost more than a public servant. We have lost a dedicated leader, a mentor, a father figure, and a man whose commitment to serving his constituents has left an enduring mark on our community.

Your leadership was never merely about holding a position, but about touching lives, uplifting others, and serving with compassion and dedication. To the youth of Barangay Sta. Anastacia, you were more than a Punong Barangay. You were a guiding presence, a source of encouragement, and someone who believed in the potential of the younger generation.

Your life was tragically cut short, leaving behind countless unanswered questions, shattered hearts, and a community united in grief. As we mourn your passing, we also stand firm in our call for truth, accountability, and justice. No act of violence should ever silence a life devoted to public service.

To our beloved Kap Dennis, thank you for your unwavering service, your guidance, and the memories you have shared with us. Your legacy will continue to live on through the people you inspired and the community you wholeheartedly served.

DALAWANG TAON. ISANG PUSO. BACK-TO-BACK CHAMPION.

Sa likod ng bawat indak, bawat pawis, bawat pagod, at bawat sigaw sa entablado—may kwento ng pagtutulungan, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal para sa ating mga barangay.

Maraming, maraming salamat sa lahat ng dancers na buong pusong nagbigay ng kanilang oras, lakas, talento, at dedikasyon. Hindi naging madali ang bawat ensayo, lalo na ang mga gabing pagod na ang katawan pero patuloy pa ring lumalaban. Kayo ang tunay na puso ng pagtatanghal na ito. Kayo ang dahilan kung bakit muling nagningning ang Cluster 1.

Sa ating mga kamangha-manghang choreographers, maraming salamat sa inyong tiyaga, creativity, at walang-sawang paggabay:

Salamat sa pagbuo ng isang performance na hindi lamang maganda sa paningin, kundi puno ng kwento, emosyon, at puso. Hindi lang kayo nagturo ng sayaw—tinuruan ninyo kaming maniwala na kaya nating lumaban at manalo.

At syempre, sa ating mga SK na naging sandalan at katuwang sa buong journey:

Salamat sa bawat meeting, coordination, tulong, at suporta. Magkakaiba man ang ating barangay, naging iisa ang puso at layunin natin—ang maiuwi muli ang korona para sa Cluster 1.

Hindi rin namin makakalimutan ang mga magulang ng bawat dancer—salamat sa walang sawang paghahatid, pagsundo, pag-intindi sa oras ng ensayo, pagbibigay ng suporta, at higit sa lahat, sa pagtitiwala sa inyong mga anak. Ang tagumpay na ito ay tagumpay ninyo rin.

At sa lahat ng supporters ng Sta. Anastacia, San Rafael, Santiago, Poblacion Uno at Poblacion Dos—maraming salamat sa inyong walang-kupas na sigaw, palakpak, panalangin, at suporta. Kayo ang naging dagdag na lakas ng bawat dancer sa entablado.

Mula ensayo hanggang entablado, mula pagod hanggang tagumpay—lahat tayo ang bumuo nito.
