As part of the Inatata Festival and Patronal Town Fiesta of Santo Tomas, Vice Mayor Madz P. Talaue organized a musical concert in the evening of March 17, to honor and give back to Tomasinos, and also to pay tribute to the father of the municipality--Mayor Antonio M. Talaue.
Tomasinos whose lights radiate above the rest, received a special award--Gawad Tomasino. The Gawad Tomasino was one of the highlights of the event and the award was given to individuals who made a great impact in their area of specialization thereby contributing to the welfare and progress of Sto. Tomas, as a whole.
To neutralize the evenings program, the stand-up comedian-Wacky Kiray gave a concert feel vibe with a dozen of humorous acts to give joy and delight to all the spectators during the night.
The program ended with the inter-agency concert performance dedicated to Hon. Antonio M. Talaue. Different agencies such as DepEd, LGU, PNP, BFP, Senior Citizens and the like, danced and sang to the beats and hits of well-known artists and slayed it with a rodeo inspired outfit.
