On August 29, 2026, personnel of Sto. Tomas MPS, led by PMAJ NARCISO S ZINGALAWA JR., COP, conducted Police Assistance during the “Libreng Sakay” initiative for residents, employees, workers, and stranded commuters affected by the flooding along major roads.

Despite the challenges brought by the flood, our commitment to serve, protect, and assist our community remains steadfast. 💙
This initiative aims to provide safe and accessible transportation to those in need, especially our fellow citizens who were stranded due to the flooded main roads.

On August 28, 2026, personnel of Sto. Tomas MPS, under the supervision of PMAJ NARCISO S ZINGALAWA JR., COP, conducted a barangay visitation and dialogue with the duty Barangay Officials and BPATs of Barangay San Matias, Sto. Tomas, Pampanga.

This activity aimed to strengthen the partnership between the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the barangay to ensure full cooperation in implementing plans, programs, and projects to maintain peace, order, and public safety within the municipality.

Dahil sa tuloy tuloy na pag ulan at pag taas ng tubig baha sa bayan ng Sto. Tomas, Pampanga ay naisipan ni PMAJ NARCISO S ZINGALAWA JR., COP, na bumili ng 2 tricycle na nakalift/naka taas upang magamit bilang pansamantalang transportasyon at pang ronda (Mobile Patrolling).

Kinilala naman ito ng ating Acting Provincial Director, PCOL RICARDO M DAVID, bilang isang magandang inisyatibo (Best Practice) upang maging alternatibong gamit sa panahon ngayon.

AREA SECURITY/POLICE ASSISTANCE

On August 28, 2026, personnel of this station, led by PMAJ NARCISO S ZINGALAWA JR, COP, together with PCOL RICARDO M DAVID, Acting Provincial Director, conducted Area Security/Police Assistance during the visit/inspection of DPWH Sec. Vince Dizon & Congresswoman Anna "York" Bondoc within the AOR re situation in Sto. Tomas, Pampanga, which has been submerged in floodwaters for a month now.
