SA BAWAT LISTAHAN, MAY KONTEKSTONG DAPAT UNAWAIN

Mas mainam kung lilinawin natin ang konteksto ng inilabas na pahayag. Hindi po lahat ng mayors sa bansa ay kasama doon - ANG PINAPIRMA LAMANG AY YUNG MGA LOKAL NA PAMAHALAAN NA NAKATANGGAP NG INIIMBESTIGAHAN NA FLOOD CONTROL PROJECTS. Kaya kung wala ang pangalan ng isang mayor sa listahan, ibig sabihin ay hindi saklaw ng kasalukuyang isyu o proyekto. Kung mapapansin nyo ay iisa lang ang Mayor ng Cagayan na nakapirma.

Sa mga ganitong pagkakataon, mas mahalagang pairalin ang tamang impormasyon kaysa mabilis na pagbibigay ng puna. Kung pulitika ang nangingibabaw, nawawala ang tunay na diwa ng transparency at accountability na siyang layunin ng pahayag.

Ang hamon sa ating lahat ngayon ay hindi ang magbanggit kung sino ang kasama o wala, kundi ang sama-samang maghanap ng mas malinaw na direksyon upang mapabuti ang flood management at disaster preparedness sa buong bansa.

Sa huli, ang tunay na sukatan ng pagiging mulat na mamamayan ay hindi sa bilis ng pagpuna, kundi sa husay ng pag-unawa. At sa bawat pagkakataon, tandaan: MAS MABIGAT ANG TINIG NG TAMA KAYSA INGAY NG HAKA-HAKA.

𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗦𝗢 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘

Inaanyayahan ng Sangguniang Bayan ang lahat ng Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) na aktibong nagsasagawa ng operasyon sa loob ng ating bayan na magpasa ng aplikasyon para sa akreditasyon upang magkaroon ng kinatawan sa mga Local Special Bodies.

Ang iskedyul para sa CSO Conference ay sa August 15, 2025, Biyernes, 8:00 AM na gaganapin sa Sangguniang Bayan Session Hall. Mahalaga pong tandaan na ang pagdalo sa CSO Conference ay isang rekisito bago maaring tumuloy sa aplikasyon para sa akreditasyon.

Samantala, hinihikayat na po ng Sangguniang Bayan ang mga CSOs na ihanda na ang mga sumusunod na requirements para sa aplikasyon:

Mangyaring magsumite ng isang (1) kopya ng bawat isa sa mga sumusunod:

1. Letter of Application
2. Duly accomplished Application Form for Accreditation
3. Duly approved Board Resolution signifying intention for accreditation for the purpose of representation in a local special body
4. Certificate of Registration or existing valid Certificate of Accreditation from any NGA (or in the case of IPOs, certification issued by NCIP)
5. List of current Officers
6. For CSOs that have been in operation for at least one (1) year, Minutes of the Annual Meetings of the immediately preceding year as certified by the organization's board secretary or Certification from the board secretary certifying the annual meeting's conduct, including the date, location, attendees, and agenda
7. For CSOs that have been in operation for at least one (1) year, Annual Accomplishment Report for the immediately preceding year
8. For CSOs that have been in operation for at least one (1) year, Financial Statement, at the minimum, signed by the executive officers of the organization, also of the immediately preceding year, and indicating therein other information such as revenue, expenses and the source(s) of funds

Niño presents the BEST 35 intellectually elite Senior High School (SHS) graduates for the Student Top Achievers' Rewards System (STARS), a flagship education assistance program under the leadership of our Honorable Mayor Atty. Vicente G. Pagurayan and Honorable Vice Mayor Andrew Vincent AV Roxas Pagurayan. The students who took the qualifying examination but are not on this list, on the other hand, are all qualified for the Financial Assistance for College Education (FACE) program.
Students, kindly wait for the STARS-FACE program staff to coordinate with you regarding the next steps for these programs. Thank you.
