Waves of change start on our shores ๐ŸŒŠ

A successful Coastal Clean-Up Drive was conducted at Puerto Beach, Brgy. Calay-ab on March 31, 2026 in celebration of the International Day of Action for Rivers, Global Recycling Day, International Day of Forests, World Water Day, and the 1st Quarter Clean-Up Drive.

This initiative was made possible through the strong collaboration of the LGU, Barangay Officials, CSOs, and DILGโ€“Ilocos Sur under the Kalinisan Program Regional Showcaseโ€”demonstrating how unity and shared responsibility can create lasting environmental impact.
