ADVISORY ON REPLACEMENT PLATES AVAILABLE AT LTO - Santiago Extension Office.

Clients are advised to read this advisory and check if your plate number is listed in the attached infographics of available replacement plates below.

Before proceeding to claim your replacement plate at Santiago Extension Office, kindly prepare the following documents:

1.) Photocopy of Certificate of Registration (CR) and Official Receipt (OR) and one (1) valid government-issued ID

1.1) For authorized representatives: original signed authorization letter from the registered owner and one (1) valid government-issued ID of both the representative and the registered owner (present original and submit photocopy)

1.1) For company vehicles: original Secretary’s Certificate and a photocopy of the authorized representative's ID.
