Greetings of peace and good day!

I am writing this letter to formally tender my resignation as the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Chairperson of Barangay Imus, Santiago, Ilocos Sur, effective today, October 24, 2025. This decision comes after deep reflection and careful consideration of my current professional responsibilities and ethical obligations.

It has been a distinct honor and privilege to serve the youth and community of Barangay Imus through the SK leadership. Throughout my tenure, I have strived to fulfill my duties with dedication, commitment, and transparency, working towards the betterment of the barangay youth's welfare and development.

I sincerely regret any inconvenience my resignation may cause; nonetheless, I believe that this course of action is in the best interest of ethical governance and my professional growth. I remain grateful for the trust and support extended by the municipal government, the DILG office, my fellow youth officials, and the community.

Thank you very much for the opportunity to serve. I look forward to continuing my commitment to public service in my new capacity at the _____ and to supporting the welfare of our youth in any way I can outside of my official duties.
