FROM BARRIERS TO BEGINNINGS

"The newly-installed gate of Rizal National High School is more than a structure as this carries a profound figurative meaning".

This is the statement of Regional Director Benjamin D. Paragas PhD, CESO III addressed to all the students, alumni, teachers and staff and stakeholders in the G*te Inauguration and Ribbon- Cutting ceremony of Rizal National High School, today, June 05, 2026.

RD Paragas further states that the gate inaugurated which remained closed for four years resounds renewed hope, inspiring teachers and learners to ascend to Greater heights, to continue weaving Ambitions, making the most of Time yielding to an Enabling environment.

His statement is reinforced with an empowering message of Assistant Regional Director Florante E. Vergara PhD CESO IV, underscoring that without sacrifice, nothing great can be achieved.

"We firmly believe that complex problems require collective solution that's why through bayanihan, what was once a four-year problem was addressed through our relocation project in just a matter of three months," expressed Madam Eloisa L. Dizon PhD, Principal IV as she shared the chronicle of the school's gateway project.

School Parents Teachers Association President Marilou N. Olimon together with the School Governance Council Co-Chairperson Vilma D. Uy and Barangay Captain, Hon.Tyrone H. Buck, underpinned the school head's claim attesting of their story of sacrifices, toils and challenges that transformed the project, which was once a vision just turned into reality.

Meanwhile, Education Program Supervisor in Mathematics Madam Lanie Mawirat on behalf of Schools Division Superintendent Alfredo B. Gumaru Jr. EdD, CESO V, commends the unity of school with its alliances resonating the possibilites achievable through collaboration.

In turn, Congressman, 4th District of Isabela Hon. Engr. Joseph Tan and SK Federation President Christopher Respicio pledge their support to Rizal National High School in all of its endeavors.

The program culminate with the ceremonial hoisting of balloons emblematic of hopes of the school community particularly the students who first had their walkthrough to the gate and drop their aspirations for Rizal National High School into a vault preceding the ribbon cutting and unveiling of the gateway marker.

Patuloy na naipapamalas ang diwa ng bayanihan at sama-samang pagkilos sa ikaapat na araw ng Brigada Eskwela 2026 sa Rizal National High School sa pamamagitan ng aktibong pakikiisa ng ibaโ€™t ibang ahensiya ng pamahalaan.

Kabilang sa mga katuwang ng paaralan ang Philippine National Police (PNP), na naglaan ng kanilang oras at serbisyo para sa pagpipintura ng covered walk ng paaralan, bilang ambag sa pagpapanatili ng maayos at ligtas na kapaligirang pampagkatuto. Dumalaw rin ang Waste Management Monitoring Team ng CENRO Santiago upang magsagawa ng inspeksiyon at magbigay ng gabay hinggil sa wastong pamamahala at pagtatapon ng basura sa loob ng paaralan.

Taos-pusong pasasalamat ang ipinapaabot ng pamunuan ng Rizal National High School sa lahat ng mga ahensiya at indibidwal na patuloy na sumusuporta sa mga gawaing nakatuon sa paghahanda ng paaralan para sa nalalapit na pagbubukas ng Taong Panuruan 2026โ€“2027. Ang inyong pakikiisa ay mahalagang ambag sa pagtataguyod ng isang ligtas, malinis, at kaaya-ayang kapaligiran para sa bawat mag-aaral.

Inaanyayahan din ang mga magulang, alumni, stakeholder, at iba pang nagnanais na makibahagi sa Brigada Eskwela. Bukas ang paaralan araw-araw mula ika-7:30 ng umaga hanggang ika-5:00 ng hapon upang tumanggap ng mga boluntaryo at suporta para sa patuloy na paghahanda ng ating mga pasilidad at kapaligiran.

REWARDING VENTURE

Borne of perseverance and commitment in carrying out the objectives of the ARAL Program allied with Santiago City's KAISA-HUSAY initiative and contextualized in Rizal National High School as Tuklas Husay under the leadership of Ma'am Eloisa L. Dizon PhD, the tutees successfully completed their fifteen-day summer learning session as the program culminate today, June 2, 2026, at the school's Tanghalang G*t Jose Rizal.

School Parent-Teacher Association President Marilou N. Olimon commends the tutees for demonstrating the diligence and commitment requisite to complete the summer learning intervention. She emphasizes that literacy in reading and numeracy serves as a key in unlocking a brighter future.

The ARAL Program - Tuklas Husay tutees subsequently receive certificates of recognition for successfully completing all required learning tasks gearing towards academic recovery and growth. Certificates of recognition are likewise awarded to the program's sponsors including ARAL Tutor Ma'am Josa Marie Julian, for serving as valuable allies in the implementation of the initiative.

Opisyal nang binuksan ng Rizal National High School ang limang araw na Brigada Eskwela 2026 mula Hunyo 01 hanggang Hunyo 05 bilang bahagi ng masinsinang paghahanda para sa pagbubukas ng Taong Panuruan 2026โ€“2027 sa pangunguna ni Dr Eloisa L. Dizon, Punong g**o IV kasama ang mga g**o at kawani ng paaralan.

Sa diwa ng kolektibong pananagutan at malasakit sa edukasyon, buong-pusong nakiisa ang mga kinatawan mula sa Banco De Oro (BDO), City Savings, mga miyembro ng 4Ps, Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES),School Parent-Teacher Association at mga Student Leaders katuwang ang mga magulang. Ang kanilang pakikilahok ay nagpapatunay na ang tagumpay ng edukasyon ay hindi lamang tungkulin ng paaralan kundi isang sama-samang adhikain ng buong pamayanan.

Higit pa sa paglilinis, pagkukumpuni, at pagpapaganda ng kapaligiran ng paaralan, ang Brigada Eskwela ay isang makabuluhang pagsasabuhay ng kulturang bayanihan na nagbubuklod sa ibaโ€™t ibang sektor ng komunidad tungo sa iisang layunin. Brigada Eskwela 2026 Division Kick-off, Matagumpay na Inilunsad

Matagumpay na isinagawa ang Brigada Eskwela 2026 Division Kick-Off at ang programang Tara Aral kasama si Bespren ngayong araw, Mayo 29, 2026 sa Sinsayon Elementary School, bilang paghahanda sa nalalapit na pagbubukas ng taong panuruan.

Pinangunahan ang gawain nina Schools Division Superintendent Alfredo B. Gumaru Jr., EdD, CESO V at Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Jacqueline S. Ramos, PhD, CESE. Nakiisa rin sa programa sina City Mayor Alyssa Sheena P. Tan, CPA, na mahusay na ginampanan ni Ma'am Janet Orpilla, at 4th District Representative Engr. Joseph Salvador Tan na nagbigay ng kani-kanilang mensahe ng suporta sa sektor ng edukasyon.

Dumalo rin ang mga punong g**o mula sa ibaโ€™t ibang pampublikong paaralan sa Lungsod ng Santiago, kabilang si Dr. Eloisa L. Dizon, Principal IV ng Rizal National High School, bilang pagpapakita ng kanilang pakikiisa at suporta sa mga hakbangin ng Departamento ng Edukasyon tungo sa pagsusulong ng malinis, maayos, at handang paaralan.

Kabilang sa mga isinagawang aktibidad ang motorcade, pormal na pagbubukas ng programa, ceremonial launching at signing of commitment, at mga gawaing pangpaaralan gaya ng classroom tour at physical maintenance.

Ang Brigada Eskwela ay patuloy na nagsisilbing mahalagang mekanismo sa pagpapatibay ng diwa ng bayanihan at kolektibong pakikilahok ng komunidad sa paghahanda ng mga paaralan para sa ligtas at maayos na pagkatuto ng mga mag-aaral.
