Santa Teresita, Cagayan- The Department of Trade and Industry Region 2 Cagayan Provincial Office in Collaboration with LGU Santa Teresita successfully conducted training on Basic Business Management Training of OVP Mag Negosyo Ta Day Program.

The activity aimed to equip the beneficiaries with fundamental knowledge and practical skills necessary for managing, and sustaining a business. The training focused on strengthening the participants' entrepreneurial mindset and enhancing their ability to make sound business decisions.

Serving as the resource speaker, 𝙉𝘾𝘽𝘾 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙖 𝙏𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙖- 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙡 𝘼𝙣𝙙𝙧𝙚𝙖 𝙏. 𝘾𝙧𝙪𝙯, discussed essential business management concepts, including proper business planning, basic financial management, marketing, customer service, and effective management of day-to-day business operations. The discussions were presented in a practical and easy-to-understand manner to help the beneficiaries apply the lessons to their respective livelihood activities and business ventures.

The twenty (20) beneficiaries actively participated in the training by sharing their experiences, raising business-related concerns, and engaging in discussions and activities. The session provided an opportunity for the participants to gain valuable insights that can help them improve their business practices and work toward sustainable income generation.

The successful conduct of the training was made possible through the help and assistance of 𝙋𝙪𝙗𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚 (𝙋𝙀𝙎𝙊) 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙧- 𝙅𝙤𝙘𝙮 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙤 , particularly in coordinating with the beneficiaries and supporting the implementation of the activity.

Through initiatives such as this, the Negosyo Center Santa Teresita continues to support aspiring and existing entrepreneurs by providing business development services, capacity-building activities, and practical guidance aimed at strengthening local entrepreneurship.
