The City Scholarship Office of Santa Rosa is now accepting applications for the 𝑳𝒊𝒃𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒈-𝒂𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒍 𝒔𝒂 𝑷𝒓𝒊𝒃𝒂𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝑷𝒂𝒂𝒓𝒂𝒍𝒂𝒏 (𝑺𝒆𝒌𝒖𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒓𝒚𝒂) – 𝑳𝑷𝑷𝑷 𝑺𝒀 2026–2027 for incoming Grade 7 students.

• 𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑷𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒅: 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒄𝒉 3–9, 2026
• 𝑺𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒅𝒖𝒍𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑬𝒙𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏: 𝑴𝒂𝒚 2, 2026

📌 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐒:

1️⃣ General Average of 85% and above
2️⃣ Parents’ combined annual income of ₱400,000 and below
3️⃣ Graduate of any elementary school
4️⃣ Parents must be bona fide residents of the City of Santa Rosa
5️⃣ Dependents of parents working in the government may apply provided monthly income is ₱25,000 and below (Last 2 pay slips and copy of appointment are required)

1️⃣ Certificate of Good Moral Character from school graduated
2️⃣ Certificate of Residency (not less than 1 year) from respective Barangay Office
3️⃣ Income Tax Return (ITR) from BIR or Certificate of Tax Exemption from BIR
4️⃣ School Grades (2nd Grading – Grade VI) – Certified true copy with 2 pcs. 2x2 picture
5️⃣ Parents’ Voter’s Certification
6️⃣ Birth Certificate
7️⃣ School ID
8️⃣ Solo Parent ID (if applicable)
9️⃣ Long Brown Envelope
