Last February 28, 2025, at Victory Mall, Balibago Complex, the ๐™๐™š๐™™๐™š๐™ง๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š๐™™ ๐˜ฝ๐™–๐™ง๐™–๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™–๐™ฎ ๐˜พ๐™๐™ž๐™ก๐™™๐™ง๐™š๐™ฃ'๐™จ ๐˜ผ๐™จ๐™จ๐™ค๐™˜๐™ž๐™–๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ค๐™ฃ (๐˜๐˜‰๐˜Š๐˜ˆ) donated supplies and facilitated engaging activities for ๐˜ฝ๐™–๐™ฉ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™œ ๐™’๐™–๐™ง๐™ง๐™ž๐™ค๐™ง๐™จ, children with high-risk disabilities.

This project set out to lift the spirits of these children and boost their morale, even if for just a day. It served as a reminder that others stand with them as they face their challenges.

Last October 11, 2024, President ๐™”๐™จ๐™–๐™—๐™š๐™ก ๐˜ฟ๐™š ๐™‚๐™ช๐™ฏ๐™ข๐™–๐™ฃ, Vice-President ๐™ˆ๐™–๐™ง๐™ฎ ๐™‡๐™ค๐™ช๐™ง๐™™ ๐™‡๐™–๐™ง๐™œ๐™ค, and NAPC Council Member ๐˜พ๐™–๐™จ๐™จ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™๐™ง๐™– ๐™‡๐™–๐™ง๐™œ๐™ค attended a Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC) meeting as child representatives alongside our dedicated community leaders.

With many organizations present, it was a wonderful opportunity to network with other youth leaders who share the same advocacies and passion for community engagement.

The Federated Barangay Childrenโ€™s Association ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญโ€“ Ysabel De Guzman from Barangay Labas, ๐•๐ข๐œ๐ž ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ โ€“ Mary Lourd Largo, and ๐๐€๐๐‚ ๐‚๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐œ๐ข๐ฅ ๐Œ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซโ€” Cassandra Largo from Barangay Tagapo, represent the childrenโ€™s sector on the seminar entitled: ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐˜๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—–๐—ต๐—ถ๐—น๐—ฑ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ถ๐—ป ๐—˜๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐˜€ (CPIE) in the City of Santa Rosa at Balai Isabel in Talisay, Batangas from September 4-6, 2024.

The said activity aims to:

1. Articulate the basic concept of a child, children's needs and child's rights in the context of Children in Emergencies.
2. Identify who are the children at risk and those who need priority or urgent assistance and/ or appropriate actions
3. Identify how to plan and reintegrate activities in budgeting of plans and activities for children related to emergencies.
4. Articulate the commitment in setting-up the Child Protection System and the localization of CERPA (CEPC) in the City of Santa Rosa.
