Who: All MLBB players residing within BARANGGAY SANTO DOMINGO ONLY
What: MLBB Onsite Tournament
When: AUGUST 31, 2025 at 7AM
Where: Baranggay Covered Court, Santo Domingo, Sta.Rosa, Laguna
Registration Fee: FREE

Critical Note: Players/Teams are required to be present and be able to play on the venue for this Onsite Tournament. Players can only register once. All players and teams who tried to register in multiple number of times will be detected and the whole team will not be included in any of the brackets with no questions asked.
โญTOURNAMENT SCHEDULE, STRUCTURE and RULES
1. SCHEDULE
- Team captains will coordinate with Community Heroes and barangay handlers via FB GC.
- Teams incomplete or absent 20 mins before game time will be disqualified.
- Teams with a disqualified opponent will be put on hold and matched with another team.
2. STRUCTURE
- Teams will be randomized via Challonge.com into Bracket A and Bracket B (8 teams each).
- Top team in each match bracket = 1st pick.
- Format: Best-of-1 (start to Round 2) โ Best-of-3 (Semis) โ Best-of-5 (Finals).
- Semis losers will play one match for 3rd place.
- Teams must register 5 players only; changes allowed until day before event.
- Exclusively for Brgy. Sto. Domingo players โ only registered players are allowed to play.
3. WINNERS AND DIAMONDS
- The top 4 of each various brackets will receive their diamonds and cash prize 3-4 weeks after the tournament.
4. OTHER RULES
- All 5 registered players must be present on tournament day.
- Each team gets 2 pauses (max 2 mins each); type โPโ or โPauseโ in all chat to activate.
- Teams register 5 players only; changes allowed until day before event.
- Diamond disputes after the event go to the CH Page.

5. General in-game rules:
- Each team will be given 5 minutes to check their connections and other stuff before the game starts.
(Note: Wi-Fi access is available only for teams competing from the 2nd round onward. All other participants must ensure they have a reliable mobile data connection. Connection issues or lag will not be accepted as valid excuses, and the organizers are not responsible for any losses resulting from unstable internet. Make sure to secure a stable connection before the tournament begins.)
- Stickers are allowed.
- Spam Recall (3x), All Chat, Quick Chat (All) are not allowed
- 1st Warning will be given to those who will be reported of taunting due to 2x recall. (subject for review)
- Taunting Recalls (2x Recall): 2 instances of Taunting Recalls within the match for the WHOLE TEAM will be subject for review and disqualification.
- 1st warning policy is valid for the whole duration of the tournament. If there are 2 violations/warnings of Taunting Recalls, the team will be disqualified.
- Strictly No Trash Talk/Bad words during the game, this will make your team automatically disqualified.
6. DISQUALIFICATION (Updated)
- Only screenshot and screen recording of opponents within the vicinity will be accepted. Disputes are acceptable within 5 minutes every after game. No disputes will be entertained after 5 mins.
- We will not allow incomplete teams.
- Dishonest or fake information. This includes wrong Facebook account information, player information, location information and other lies in communication with opposing teams and Community Heroes.
- A team who shows bad behavior, toxicity and attitude problem in game, in chats, and in public postings.
- Dishonest and wrong information will disqualify the whole team. Make sure your players are not joining multiple teams or have duplicate entries.
- No show or failure to have a complete team on the agreed time and after the given 15-min time allowance.
- Any forms of cheating. This includes the use of 3rd party apps, piloting or accounts played by unregistered players, etc.
7. REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION
- No registration fee
- Open to male or female, 15 years old and above
- Limited slots: 16 teams only
- Exclusively for Barangay Santo Domingo residents
- Team composition: 5 members, no reserves โ choose your Team Captain/Leader
- Team name & logo are required
- No player changes allowed after registration
- Present any valid ID or school ID with Santo Domingo address (xerox copy per member) along with the printed list of team members. (Note: Submit your requirements to Ren Vincent Osillos Lacatan .)

IMPORTANT NOTE: This tournament requires that team captain's Facebook account can receive messages from outside. Kindly make sure that Team Captains Facebook account is reachable and NOT PRIVATE. The team will be disqualified if the team captain cannot be contacted or unresponsive. Please note that team captains will be contacted a week prior to the event date.
