Sa paggunita ng Ika-128 Taon ng Labanan sa Alapan at pagsisimula ng National Flag Days, hinihikayat ng Boy Scouts of the Philippines ang lahat ng Scouts at kapwa Pilipino na buong dangal na iwagayway ang ating pambansang watawat sa ating mga tahanan mula Mayo 28 hanggang Hunyo 12.

Nawa’y magsilbing paalala ang simpleng gawaing ito sa tapang, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan na siyang bumubuo sa ating pagka-Pilipino. Sa bawat pagtaas ng watawat ay pagpupugay natin sa kasaysayan, kalayaan, at kabayanihang ipinaglaban ng ating mga ninuno.
