1. Only bonafide 4-H Club members are allowed to join in any of the Project Contests. The contestant must be in the 4-H membership profile compiled at the ATI - Regional Training Center XIII or through the Regional 4-H Federation.
2. The contestant must be a member for at least (1) year before the conduct of the Camp and a bonafide 4-H Member (ages 7 to 30 years old). The HUC/Provincial 4-H Focal Person shall certify the eligibility of their respective regional contestants duly noted by their Provincial Agriculturist.
This yearโs camp will focus on empowering 4-H members to
Harness Agricultural Resilience by enhancing their Vision, Education, Sustainability, and Technology (HARVEST) through organizational strengthening, shared knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions in the agri-sector.

๐ฐ๐ฒ๐น๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ถ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ (๐ฅ๐๐๐) - the regional call to recognize and support the excellent works and contributions of the 4-H Clubs and its members across the country that upholds the four-fold development of the head, heart, hands, and health amidst the continued challenges nationwide and globally.

Whether through the integration of cutting-edge technologies, the development of innovative systems, or the creation of groundbreaking products, participants are encouraged to propose transformative solutions that elevate and revolutionize these sectors. The emphasis lies not only on identifying challenges but also on presenting forward-thinking, inventive approaches that contribute to the advancement and sustainable growth of the 4-H Club, Agriculture, and Fishery Sectors.

5. ๐ฐ-๐ ๐๐น๐๐ฏ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐บ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ผ - o create awareness and promote the 4-H Club of the Philippines by producing high-quality, informative, and inspiring videos that will serve as a valuable resource for orientations, training, and advocacy campaigns, highlighting the clubโs mission and accomplishments.
