The Municipal Tourism Office of Sta. Margarita, Samar, together with personnel from the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO), Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO), Municipal Engineering Office (MEO), Municipal Treasurer’s Office (MTO), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and Municipal Health Office (MHO), successfully conducted site monitoring, assessment, and documentation activities to three (3) tourism-related business establishments in the municipality on May 26, 2026.
The establishments visited were:
📍 Villa Alicia Resort, Hotel, and Restaurant
📍 Crown Jewel Travelers Inn
📍 Buds & Bloom Nature Park
Our greatest gratitude to the owners/operators/managers/staff of these three establishments for their warm welcome and hospitality.
The activity aims to ensure compliance with tourism-related standards, safety protocols, environmental sustainability measures, sanitation requirements, and other regulatory policies in support of strengthening the tourism industry of Sta. Margarita, Samar.
The Municipal Tourism Office extends its heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Mayor Felix R. Panganoron for his unwavering support to tourism development initiatives of the municipality. Likewise, sincere appreciation is also extended to Municipal Administrator George Binas and to our driver, Mr. Diogenes Galibo, for their assistance and support throughout the activity.
