Hi Clarencians!

We have updated our enrollment process. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following guidelines:

Online Registration & Scheduling

1. Register before you arrive: You must register and schedule your enrollment online before coming to the school. Please make sure all the information you enter is accurate.

2. Check your email: Upon successful registration, you will receive an email containing a PDF copy of your registration.

3. Didn't receive the email? If you registered online but haven't received the PDF confirmation, please register again so you don't have to fill out manual forms during your schedule.

4. Already enrolled? You do not need to register again.

On-Site Enrollment Process

Because you registered online, there is no need to fill out forms on the day of your enrollment. Simply follow these steps when you arrive:

1. Verify your registration with the committee.

2. Review the printed copy of your details, which the committee will provide to you.

3. Proceed to the next step, which is the numeracy and literacy test.

Walk-In Enrollees

- We still accept walk-ins! You can register using the online link when you visit. If you do not have a smartphone or internet access with you, you will have the option to fill out the forms manually.

Mabuhay, Clarencians! Are you ready for another year of excellence? We are officially opening the enrollment for Incoming Grade 11, Transferees, Returnees, and our Grade 12 Clarencians.

To ensure a smooth and organized process, please follow our updated 6-STEP ENROLLMENT FLOW:

📝 THE ENROLLMENT STEPS:

1️⃣ ONLINE REGISTRATION & SCHEDULING
- Before heading to the school, all Clarencians must register online to secure an appointment.

2️⃣ DOCUMENT VERIFICATION
- Visit the Enrollment Committee on your scheduled date.
⚠️ REMINDER: You MUST bring a PHOTOCOPY of your PSA Birth Certificate along with the original for verification.

3️⃣ ISSUANCE OF PRINTED FORM
- Once your requirements are verified and your online data is confirmed, the committee will hand you your Official Printed Enrollment Form.

4️⃣ PHYSICAL PROFILE
- Proceed to the health station to have your height and weight recorded on your form.

5️⃣ ACADEMIC ASSESSMENT
- Proceed to the testing area for the Numeracy and Literacy Test.

6️⃣ FINAL SUBMISSION
- Submit your fully accomplished form and verified documents to the final desk to be officially listed for the new school year.

Prepare these documents before your visit:

New Clarencians (Grade 11 & Transferees):
- Report Card (Form 138)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- PSA Birth Certificate (Original + Photocopy)

Returning Clarencians (Returnees):
- Last Report Card earned (Form 138)
- PSA Birth Certificate (Original + Photocopy)

Incoming Grade 12 Clarencians:
- Grade 11 Report Card
- PSA Birth Certificate (Photocopy, if not yet on file)

📅 Enrollment Period: May 4 to June 5, 2026
🏫 Resume of Classes: June 8, 2026
