This recognition adds to the councilโs back-to-back Rank 1 finishes in Santa Cruzโs Municipal Monitoring and Assessment, reflecting our continued commitment to youth governance, meaningful programs, and dedicated service.
But this achievement is not ours alone. It is a victory shared with every youth of Barangay Bato whose support, participation, ideas, and presence continue to make every program and initiative possible.
We also extend our sincere gratitude to the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO), DILG, Municipal Accounting Office, and Municipal Planning and Development Office of Santa Cruz for their guidance throughout our journey.
Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to our Hon. Mayor Jose Nelson Z. Sala Sr. for the continued support and encouragement extended to the youth of Santa Cruz.
