The Barangay Council of San Roque, headed by Punong Barangay Hon. Josiebelle A. Macrohon, successfully supported and participated in the conduct of the Las Mujeres Socialization held on May 23, 2026, at San Roque Elementary School. The activity gathered women leaders, barangay representatives, local officials, and community stakeholders in a meaningful event aimed at strengthening women empowerment, camaraderie, and collaboration among participating barangays.
The event was graced by several distinguished guests and representatives from the local government and partner offices, namely Mayor Hon. Khymer Adan T. Olaso, represented by Executive Assistant Mr. Randy Bangcairin; District 1 City Congresswoman Hon. Katrina Reiko Chua-Tai, represented by Ms. Peelar Fornollera; Councilor Atty. Melchor Sadain; Councilor Atty. Gian Enriquez; and City Social Welfare and Development Officer Mrs. Socorro Rojas.
One of the highlights of the gathering was the participation of officers from ten barangays under the Las Mujeres organization, headed by their respective presidents. The participating barangays and officers are as follows:
