Governor Pamela Baricuatro has issued Executive Order No. 19-2026, directing all municipal offices, facilities, and public spaces to switch off non-essential lights for one powerful hour on March 28, 2026, 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM.

This is our moment to act!
Every small action counts. By turning off non-essential lights, we can make a BIG difference for our planet. Let’s unite in support of:
- Environmental protection
- Climate action
- Energy conservation

Switch off lights, unplug devices, and spend the hour doing something planet-friendly!
