SDO San Pedro- Teachers from Pacita Complex Senior High School (PCSHS) participated in the Learning Systems Reform Policies: Orientation for Teachers held at Pacita Complex 2 Elementary School on May 14, 2026 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The orientation was administered by DepEd Region IV-A through an online platform and organized by clusters to ensure effective delivery of content. The training was designed to prepare the teachers for the upcoming school year 2026-2027 and to equip them with essential updates on:
-Three-term School Calendar
-Assessment, Grading, and Awards
-Education in Emergencies (EiE)
-Strengthened Senior High School (SHS)
-Lesson Planning
-Flexible Learning Program (FLP)
-Work Immersion, Field Exposure, and Art Apprenticeship
Despite the online format, teachers actively engaged in discussions and activities, reflecting their strong commitment to professional development and readiness to embrace reforms in the educational system.
This initiative underscores the Department of Education’s continuing efforts to strengthen the delivery of quality education and to ensure that teachers are well‑prepared to meet the evolving needs of learners in Senior High School.
