On May 12, 2026, in celebration of the 177th founding anniversary of the Municipality of San Narciso, a Mini Trade Fair was successfully conducted to showcase the quality products, skills, and industry of our local community. The event featured the following participants: fish tinapa producers from Barangay Namatacanโbeneficiaries of the DSWD Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP); Loida Labrador of Zambales Coconut Free Farmers Agriculture Cooperative; crochet artisan Zyrelle Fernandez from Barangay Natividad; and farmer Noli Racoma, a graduate of the TESDA Agri-entrepreneurship Program.
This initiative was a collaborative effort of the Municipal Agricultural Office, Municipal Tourism Office, and Negosyo Center San Narciso. It was made possible through the support of Honorable Mayor La Rainne Abad-Sarmiento, DSWD Municipal Action Team Leader Christine Joy Lim, Municipal Agricultural Office Agriculture Technologist John Michael De Leon, as well as all committed barangay and municipal officials.
The activity is designed to promote and strengthen local enterprises, highlight homegrown products, empower farmers, artisans, and livelihood beneficiaries, and contribute to the economic development of the municipalityโall while honoring San Narcisoโs heritage and milestone of progress.
