The Department of Education – Schools Division Office of Rizal expresses its profound sorrow and deepest condolences to Governor Nina Ricci Ynares and the entire Ynares–Chiongbian Family on the passing of Sir James Chiongbian II, beloved husband of our Provincial Governor.

In this moment of grief, the whole DepEd Rizal community stands united in prayer and sympathy with the bereaved family.

May the Almighty grant eternal repose to his soul and provide comfort, peace, and strength to the entire Ynares–Chiongbian Family during this difficult time.
