On September 1, 2026, PLTCOL RICHARD Q AGRADE, Force Commander, paid a courtesy call on the NPC San Roque Watershed Area Team, headed by Ms. Richel Cruzar, Acting Section Chief, in San Roque, San Manuel, Pangasinan.
During the visit, PLTCOL AGRADE presented the Unit’s mandate and emerging initiatives, underscoring its commitment to public safety, community engagement, and sustainable peace and development.
In turn, the NPC San Roque Watershed Area Team shared its management initiatives, opening avenues for mutual cooperation and the alignment of programs that serve the interests of the community.
The Unit also had the opportunity to engage with Mr. Tom Valdez, Vice President for External Affairs of San Roque Power Corporation (SRPC), on the current status of San Roque Dam, water level monitoring, safety and security concerns, disaster preparedness, and other matters of mutual interest.
The activity concluded with a shared commitment to turn dialogue into action and partnerships into meaningful results through working together toward safer, resilient, and progressive communities through shared responsibility.
