LOOK | Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)

A Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC) is a document issued by the Bureau of Fire Protection to ensure that a structure or any type of occupancy is duly inspected and compliant with the Republic Act No. 9514 (Fire Code of the Philippines).

An active FSIC is required to obtain and renew essential permits such as:

βœ…Local Business Permits;
βœ…Certificates of Occupancy;
βœ…PEZA Certificates of Annual Inspection;
βœ…Other licenses and permits issued by government agencies.

In line with the directive of the DILG, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) ensures consistency, accountability, and proper documentation in the conduct of fire safety inspections.
