Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Nueva Ecija(Gabaldon, Bongabon, General Tinio, Laur), Quezon(General Nakar, Infanta, Real), Batangas ( , Lobo, Batangas City, Taysan, Rosario, Ibaan, Padre Garcia) and Bulacan(Norzagaray, Dona Remedios Trinidad) within the next 2-3 hours.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.

Moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are expected over Batangas ( ) and Nueva Ecija (Cuyapo, Nampicuan) within the next 2 hours.

Heavy to intense rainshowers with lightning and strong winds are being experienced in Zambales (Candelaria, Santa Cruz, Masinloc), Tarlac(Mayantoc, San Clemente, Camiling), Quezon (Sampaloc, Lucban, Tayabas, Pagbilao) and Laguna(Liliw, Majayjay) which may persist within 2 hours and may affect nearby areas.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides.

Upang higit pang mapagtibay ang ginanap na Workshop on the Enhancement of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Plan (LDRRMP) nitong Abril 14–16, nagsagawa ang mga miyembro ng Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC), kabilang ang Technical Working Group at Monitoring and Evaluation Team, ng finalization ng Enhanced LDRRMP ngayong Martes, Abril 28, sa New Municipal Hall.
Layunin ng nasabing aktibidad na pagtibayin at pormal na aprubahan ang mga iminungkahing pagbabago at karagdagang hakbang upang mas mapahusay ang kahandaan ng lokal na pamahalaan sa mga sakuna.
Ayon sa MDRRMC, mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng isang komprehensibo at napapanahong LDRRMP upang matiyak ang mabilis at epektibong pagtugon sa anumang uri ng kalamidad. Binigyang-diin din ang papel ng bawat tanggapan at sektor sa pagpapatupad ng mga nakapaloob sa plano.
Inaasahang magsisilbing gabay ang pinal na bersyon ng Enhanced LDRRMP sa pagpapaigting ng koordinasyon ng iba’t ibang ahensya at sa pagpapalakas ng kakayahan ng komunidad laban sa mga banta ng sakuna. Ang nasabing plano ay isusumite para sa pormal na pag-apruba at implementasyon.

Opisyal nang itinaas ng DOST-PAGASA ang kanilang ENSO Alert and Warning System sa El Niño Alert dahil sa mataas na posibilidad na mabuo ito sa mga susunod na buwan at maaaring tumagal hanggang sa unang bahagi ng 2027.

Maaaring magdulot ito ng mas mainit na kondisyon kaysa karaniwan, kabilang ang dry spell at tagtuyot sa ilang bahagi ng bansa.
