The Office of Sangguniang Panlungsod, City of San Juan is the legislative branch of the cityโ€™s local government unit, created and recognized by virtue of Section 11, Article IV of Republic Act Numbered Ninety Three Hundred and Eighty-Eight (RA 9388), otherwise known as Act Converting the Municipality of San Juan into a Highly Urbanized City to be known as the City of San Juan, and Republic Act Numbered Seventy-One Hundred and Sixty (RA 7160), otherwise known as The Local Government Code of 1991.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Please be advised that there will be a special claiming of DSWD Cash Relief Assistance for Grab Delivery Riders from May 11 to 15, 2026 (Monday to Friday), from 3:00AM to 5:00PM at the FilOil Centre.

Motorists are advised to expect moderate to heavy traffic along Pinaglabanan Street during the stated period. Please plan your trips accordingly.

Grab Delivery Riders claiming the assistance are likewise encouraged to avoid bringing motorcycles, as parking space in the area is limited. If possible, please use alternative transportation.
