Building Resilient Businesses in Siquijor!

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Siquijor Provincial Office successfully conducted the two-day activity “Ensuring Business Sustainability: Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for MSMEs” on March 23–24, 2026 at the GAD Building, Poblacion, Siquijor, Siquijor.

The activity brought together members of the Siquijor Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Inc. (SCCII) to strengthen their capacity in preparing for unexpected disruptions through effective Business Continuity Planning. The training included interactive discussions and a hands-on workshop, where participants developed their own Business Continuity Plan outputs by the end of the session.

DTI Siquijor extends its sincere appreciation to Bibi Doll “Zee” P. Pono, Chief Executive Officer/Owner of GRND UP, for sharing her expertise and guiding participants throughout the workshop.

This activity was conducted in partnership with the Siquijor Chamber of Commerce & Industry, Inc. (SCCII) as part of DTI’s continuing efforts to promote resilient, sustainable, and future-ready MSMEs in the province.
