πŸ“Έ IN PHOTOS | BFP San Juan Fire Station personnel, under the supervision of SFO4 Emilio A. Batac, Officer-in-Charge, conducted Fire Safety Seminar to the Barangay Officials in San Juan Batangas at the program facilitaed by San Juan Municipal Police Station.

The seminar aimed to strengthen awareness and preparedness by educating the participants on the proper actions to take before, during, and after a fire incident.

Participants learned basic fire prevention measures, how to safely respond during a fire emergency, the importance of early evacuation, the proper use of fire extinguishers, and the immediate reporting of fire incidents to emergency responders.

Batac, Officer-in-Charge, provided assistance and actively participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous School Safety Drill conducted at Lipahan Integrated National High School, Brgy. Lipahan, and Buhaynasapa Integrated National High School, Brgy. Buhaynasapa.

The activity emphasized the importance of preparedness, awareness, and coordinated response during emergencies, especially amid growing concerns over school violence and other safety threats in the Philippines. Through regular drills and safety awareness activities, we help equip students, teachers, and school personnel with the knowledge and confidence to respond appropriately during critical situations.

1. Maglagay ng smoke alarm sa bawat palapag at regular itong subukan.
2. Suriin ang mga kagamitang de-kuryente at iwasang gumamit ng sira o punit na kawad.
3. Magluto nang may pag-iingat at huwag iwanang walang nagbabantay ang niluluto.
4. Panatilihing malinis at maayos ang bahay o lugar ng trabaho at ilayo ang mga madaling masunog na materyales.
5. Alamin kung paano gumamit ng fire extinguisher at ilagay ito sa madaling maabot na lugar.
6. Magkaroon ng emergency exit plan at regular na magsagawa ng fire drill kasama ang pamilya o mga katrabaho.
7. Huwag mag-overload ng electrical outlets at patayin ang mga appliances kapag hindi ginagamit.
