PUBLIC ADVISORY

Due to the extreme heat we are experiencing and the continuous use of the grass field area of the Pinaglabanan Shrine, huge portions of it have dried up and will need time to be rehabilitated.

To give the grass an opportunity to grow once again, the City Government of San Juan will be implementing a 2-week rehabilitation period from May 20 to June 3, 2026.

During this time, the use of the grass field will be temporarily prohibited. However, all other areas of the Pinaglabanan Shrine including the paved walkways surrounding the area will remain open for walking, jogging and all other activities.

We kindly ask for everyone’s understanding and cooperation as we work together to preserve and improve our public spaces for the benefit of everyone.

Ipinababatid ng Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) na hindi na kinakailangan ang newspaper publication ng mga aplikasyon para sa Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) at iba pang kaugnay na aplikasyon. Sa halip, ang mga Notice of Hearing ay iaanunsyo na sa mga opisyal na digital platforms ng ahensya, kabilang ang:
✅ LTFRB Official Website; at
✅ LTFRB Central o RFRO Official pages.

Saklaw nito ang mga sumusunod na aplikasyon:
- New CPC
- Extension of Validity
- Transfer of CPC
- Modification/Amendment
- Consolidation
- Change of Name
- Change of Party Applicant
- Iba pang CPC applications, na dati ay nangangailangan ng newspaper publication

Ang hakbang na ito ay naglalayong mapabilis ang proseso ng aplikasyon, mabawasan ang gastusin ng mga aplikante at mapalawak ang access ng publiko sa impormasyon sa pamamagitan ng digital platforms.

Please be advised that there will be a special claiming of DSWD Cash Relief Assistance for Grab Delivery Riders from May 11 to 15, 2026 (Monday to Friday), from 3:00AM to 5:00PM at the FilOil Centre.

Motorists are advised to expect moderate to heavy traffic along Pinaglabanan Street during the stated period. Please plan your trips accordingly.

Grab Delivery Riders claiming the assistance are likewise encouraged to avoid bringing motorcycles, as parking space in the area is limited. If possible, please use alternative transportation.
