Nagsagawa ang Inspection Team ng Office of the Building Official (OBO) ng inspection sa mga aktibong construction sites at commercial billboard structures sa iba't ibang bahagi ng Lungsod ng San Juan upang tiyakin ang pagsunod sa inilabas na OBO Memorandum noong July 6, 2026 kaugnay ng paghahanda sa Bagyong "Inday" (International Name: Bavi).

Layunin ng inspeksiyon na matiyak na naipatupad ang mga kinakailangang safety measures at preventive actions upang mapangalagaan ang kaligtasan ng publiko, mga manggagawa, at mga karatig na komunidad sa panahon ng masamang lagay ng panahon.

Patuloy na nananatiling nakatuon ang Office of the Building Official sa mahigpit na pagpapatupad ng National Building Code at iba pang umiiral na safety regulations upang matiyak ang ligtas at maayos na kapaligiran para sa lahat.

The Office of the Building Official โ€“ City Government of San Juan informs all applicants, professionals, and stakeholders that all Building Application Forms have been updated and revised in accordance with the National Building Code (NBC) Forms.

Effective 15 days after the posting of this advisory, only the latest official forms will be accepted for all applications and transactions processed by this Office.

The Technical Personnel of the Office of the Building Official (OBO) will be attending the 12th National Convention of the Philippine Association of the Building Officials (PBAO) on June 16-18, 2026.

The office shall remain open and continue to accept transactions. However, clients are advised that certain technical services may be afftected during the said period due to the limited availability of technical personnel.
