"Oh, May GAD! Pagsulong ng SDG 5: Gender Equality sa ating mga Komunidad"

Matagumpay na dumalo ang Gender and Development - San Juan City sa 3-araw na seminar kasama ang International Training Centre for Authorities and Leaders in the Philippines (UP - CIFAL Philippines), Commission on Human Rights at Philippine Commission on Women noong July 28-30, 2026 sa Commission on Human Rights Complex, Diliman, Quezon City.

Tomorrow, a new chapter in accessible and inclusive healthcare for San Juaneños unfolds 🌈

The City Government of San Juan invites everyone to witness the official launch of the San Juan Right To Care Card, a pioneering initiative that strengthens patient autonomy and ensures that healthcare preferences and decisions are respected when individuals are unable to communicate or make medical decisions for themselves.

As part of the celebration of San Juan City’s 19th Cityhood Anniversary, Mayor Francis Zamora will lead the launch of this landmark program, which implements the City’s Healthcare Proxy Ordinance. Through the Right To Care Card, qualified individuals may designate a trusted person to make healthcare decisions on their behalf in accordance with a duly executed Special Power of Attorney and applicable laws.

The program will feature the awarding and distribution of Right To Care Cards to the first batch of successful applicants, including a ceremonial printing of cards for the inaugural beneficiaries.

If you’ve been hearing about the Right To Care Card and wondering what it is, who can benefit, and how to apply, this is your opportunity to learn more about its purpose, requirements, and the positive impact it will have on the lives of San Juaneños.

Join us as we take another step forward in building a more inclusive, compassionate, and responsive San Juan.
