ꜱᴇᴘᴛᴇᴍʙᴇʀ 13, 2026| Matagumpay na natapos ng Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Pag-asa ang pagbibigay ng “𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬” ng Barangay Pag-asa. Join us for the 1st 3KM Fun Run: Wrong Outfit Edition of Barangay Pag-asa! Let's promote health, fitness, and community spirit while celebrating together.

Registration

- FREE for all Barangay Pag-asa residents aged 30 years old and below.
- Barangay Pag-asa residents aged 31 years old and above – ₱20 registration fee.
- Non-residents – ₱50 registration fee.
- No on-site registration. Participants must register before the event.

Finisher Medals

- The first 10 registered non-residents will receive a Finisher Medal upon completing the run.
- The first 10 Barangay Pag-asa residents to finish the race will also receive a Finisher Medal.

Registration Proceeds

All registration fees collected will be used to provide food and drinks for the participants, organizers, and partner agencies during the event.

Dress Code

- No required color or dress code. Participants are free to wear whatever outfit they want and are encouraged to be as fun, creative, funny, and “wrong” for running as possible! 😂
- Running shoes are REQUIRED. For everyone's safety, all participants must wear proper running shoes throughout the 3KM run.
- Participants may wear costumes, pajamas, formal wear, school-inspired outfits, office attire, beachwear-inspired outfits, or any other creative “wrong outfit”—as long as the outfit is safe and appropriate for a public community event.
- No dangerous or hazardous accessories. Outfits or props that may cause injury, obstruct other runners, or affect visibility are not allowed.

💥DISTRIBUTION OF EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE💥

Today, September 7, 2026, Barangay Pag-asa successfully released the ₱20,000 financial assistance to each of our five (5) qualified 4th-year college students!The funding for this initiative is proudly sourced from President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.’s "Bawat Barangay Makikinabang" (BBM) Program—specifically the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Scholars Program. This nationwide grassroots initiative allocates a dedicated "finisher fund" to ensure that deserving, graduating students can cross the finish line of their college education without financial worry.
📋 Strict Alignment with National Guidelines to ensure absolute integrity, equity, and strict compliance with the law, Barangay Pag-asa carefully vetted all applicants.
Following a rigorous screening process, our team conducted comprehensive home visits last August 29,2026 to verify each household's status. The Barangay Council guarantees that all chosen scholars are fully eligible and qualified under the strict implementing rules of the Department of the Interior and Local Government's DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2026-038.
