DARโProject SPLIT Conducts Re-Tooling Activity to Strengthen Implementation and Monitoring in Occidental Mindoro
SABLAYAN, Occidental Mindoro โ The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) through Project SPLIT successfully conducted a Re-Tooling on Project Implementation Issues and Concerns, Feedback Monitoring, and Parcelization Activity Tracking and Accomplishment Monitoring on March 18โ21, 2026 at Siburan Hall, Sablayan Municipal Building.
The activity gathered regional and provincial project teams, technical staff, and partner agencies to revisit current implementation strategies, address operational challenges, and reinforce monitoring mechanisms under Project SPLIT.
Discussions focused on updates in the parcelization component, tracking of accomplishments, feedback monitoring systems, and alignment of targets and strategies. Participants openly raised field-level concerns and shared best practices to improve coordination and efficiency in project delivery.
The re-tooling session served as a vital platform to ensure that implementation remains responsive, data-driven, and aligned with policy guidelines. It also strengthened collaboration among teams responsible for land parcelization and issuance processes.
Through this initiative, DARโProject SPLIT reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing land tenure security for agrarian reform beneficiaries by continuously improving systems, accountability, and service delivery mechanisms.
