A successful Assessment Evaluation was conducted by the Provincial Assessor’s Office of Bulacan, led by Ar. Rodello C. Robles, REA, together with Engr. Ericson D. Sanchez, REA; Engr. Cruzaldo B. Lapeña, REA; Wilfredo R. Abiog; Engr. Joycelyn B. Po, REA; Geziel S. Chua, REB, REA; and Benjamin Sore Dela Cruz.

The evaluation team was welcomed by City Assessor Mario D. Lorenzo, REA; OIC–Assistant City Assessor Maricel D. Ramos, REA; and the Division Chiefs: Francis Xavier D. Villano; Grace A. Gutierrez, REA; and Wilma B. Tugado, REA, REB, together with the staff of the City Assessor’s Office of San Jose del Monte.

The evaluation team also paid a courtesy call on City Administrator Atty. Rizaldy L. Mendoza and Assistant City Administrator Atty. Jigg Lynnard B. Pagente at the Office of the City Mayor.

The assessment evaluation aims to ensure the proper maintenance and management of assessment records, transactions, tax maps, reports, systems, and other essential office functions, supporting the efficient and effective delivery of assessment services.

Strengthening assessment practices, maintaining accurate records, and upholding excellence in public service.

City Assessor Mario D. Lorenzo, REA, is currently holding a meeting with OIC-Assistant City Assessor Maricel D. Ramos, REA, and the Division Chiefs of the City Assessor’s Office.

The meeting focuses on discussing and elaborating on the matters, agreements, and important updates raised during the recent regular meeting of the Bulacan Local Assessors’ League, Inc. (BLALI), particularly those concerning local real property assessment.

The meeting also serves as part of the Office’s preparations for the upcoming Assessment Evaluation by the Provincial Assessor’s Office tomorrow, August 25, 2026.

Strengthening coordination, collaboration, and teamwork toward a more efficient, responsive, and quality public service. 🧡

📢 NINOY AQUINO DAY | August 21, 2026

Bilang paggunita sa Ninoy Aquino Day, isang special non-working holiday sa buong bansa, walang pasok sa mga tanggapan ng pamahalaan, kabilang ang City Assessor’s Office, ngayong araw.

🇵🇭 Nawa’y magsilbing paalala ang araw na ito sa kahalagahan ng pagkakaisa, responsableng paglilingkod, at malasakit sa kapwa.

Maraming salamat po sa inyong pang-unawa.

Alinsunod sa Republic Act No. 9256, opisyal na ginugunita tuwing ika-21 ng Agosto ang Ninoy Aquino Day bilang isang legal na special non-working holiday sa buong Pilipinas. Ang pambansang okasyong ito ay nakalaan upang alalahanin ang anibersaryo ng pagpanaw ni dating Senador Benigno "Ninoy" Aquino Jr. at ang kaniyang naging kontribusyon sa kasaysayan ng bansa.

Kaisa ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng San Jose del Monte at ang Public Information Office sa pagkilala sa mahalagang bahaging ito. Ang paggunita sa araw na ito ay nagsisilbing pagkakataon para sa buong komunidad na pagnilayan ang mga aral ng nakaraang patuloy na humuhubog sa ating lipunan ngayon.

Nawa'y maging paalala ang okasyong ito sa bawat mamamayan ng kahalagahan ng pagiging mulat, responsable, at aktibong kabahagi ng komunidad. Patuloy nating itaguyod ang pagkakaisa, ang tapat at responsableng paglilingkod, at ang malasakit sa kapwa tungo sa ikabubuti at ikauunlad ng ating bayan.

The Bulacan Local Assessors’ League, Inc. (BLALI), headed by Ar. Rodello C. Robles, is currently holding its 8th Regular Monthly Meeting at Erica’s Garden Events Place, Hagonoy, Bulacan, hosted by Ms. Divina M. Cruz, Municipal Assessor of Hagonoy.

In attendance are City Assessor Mario D. Lorenzo, REA, and his staff.

The meeting covers important matters, including:
• Presentation of Assessment Evaluations of cities and municipalities that have already been evaluated
• Updates on the Status of the Schedule of Market Values (SMV)
• Assessment Audit on Assessors’ Transactions
• Other matters concerning local real property assessment

Continuing the spirit of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and excellence in local real property assessment.

Mananatiling alternative work arrangements ang ipapatupad sa mga pampublikong tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa Bulacan at iba pang karatig lugar bukas, August 20.

Alinsunod yan sa Memorandum Circular No. 131 na inilabas ng Malacañang ngayong Miyerkules, August 19 kung saan pinaghahanda ang lahat sa inaasahang patuloy na malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Habagat.

Ipatutupad din ang alternative learning modes at learning continuity measures sa lahat ng antas ng pampubliko at pribadong paaralan maliban na lang kung may ibang direktiba ang mga Punong Ehekutibo.

Samantala, magpapatuloy ang operasyon ng mga ahensyang responsable sa paghahatid ng basic at health services, disaster preparedness and response, at iba pang mahahalagang serbisyo upang matiyak ang patuloy na pagtugon sa pangangailangan ng publiko.

Para naman sa pribadong sektor, diskresyon na ng kanilang management ang pagsususpinde ng trabaho o pagpapatupad ng alternative work arrangements.

Mag-ingat at manatiling updated sa mga opisyal na abiso ng lokal na pamahalaan.

Ipatutupad ang Alternative Work Arrangements sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno sa Bulacan bukas, Agosto 19, 2026.

Samantala, ipatutupad din ang Alternative Learning Modes sa lahat ng antas sa pampubliko at pribadong paaralan.

Patuloy namang papasok at magbibigay ng serbisyo ang mga ahensyang may kinalaman sa basic at health services, disaster preparedness and response, at iba pang vital services.

Mag-ingat po tayong lahat at manatiling alerto sa mga opisyal na abiso. 🙏🌧️

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 19

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 129, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 19, 2026:

📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro
📍 Oriental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

Ipatutupad ang Work-from-Home (WFH) sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at Alternative Learning Mode sa mga paaralan sa Bulacan, NCR at ilang karatig-lugar dahil sa inaasahang malakas na pag-ulan dulot ng Habagat.

Hindi sakop ng WFH ang mga ahensyang nagbibigay ng basic at health services at tumutugon sa sakuna at kalamidad.

Mag-ingat tayong lahat, lalo na sa mga lugar na maaaring makaranas ng pagbaha at malakas na ulan. Unahin natin ang kaligtasan ng bawat isa. Manatiling alerto, sumubaybay sa mga opisyal na abiso, at mag-ingat palagi. 🙏🌧️

ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS SA MGA GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES SA MGA PAARALAN SA BULACAN, NCR AT ILANG PROBINSYA, IPAPATUPAD BUKAS, AUGUST 18.

Sa Memorandum Circular No. 128 na nilagdaan ni Executive Secretary Ralph Recto, ipinag-utos ng Malacanang ang pagsasagawa ng Work-from-Home (WFH) sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno at alternative learning mode sa lahat ng pampubliko at pribadong eskwelahan bukas, Agosto 18, bilang paghahanda sa inaasahang patuloy na pagbuhos ng malakas na ulan dulot ng habagat.

Alinsunod sa rekomendasyon ng National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), ipatutupad ang WFH at suspension ng face-to-face classes sa lalawigan ng Bulacan at iba pang karatig lugar.

Samantala, hindi sakop ng WFH set-up ang mga ahensya ng pamahalaang may kinalaman sa paghahatid ng basic at health services, preparasyon at pagtugon sa sakuna at kalamidad.

Ipinauubaya naman ng Malacañang sa mga Local Chief Executives ang kapangyarihang magpasiya kung kinakailangang suspendihin din ang pasok sa mga lugar na kanilang nasasakupan na hindi napabilang sa memorandum circular habang nasa diskresyon naman ng pamunuan ng pribadong sektor ang pagdeklara ng suspensyon sa trabaho.
