It is always a great pleasure to serve my Alma Mater, Silanganan Elementary School, formerly Star Elementary School. An institution very close to my heart as it is where my mom started her career as a public school teacher. The same stage where we celebrated her retirement and 70th birthday. To all graduating students who will undergo internship this 2nd semester, follow these steps:

1. Get a copy of the updated MOA from your adviser or department head

2. Present the MOA to the representative of your prospect company or Host Training Establishment (HTE).

3. Ask them to provide the needed information (Name of company or HTE, name of company representative, contact number, position, and name of witness of the company)

4. Forward the MOA to the PESO/SIP Office, and look for Ma'am Ciel Baligod.

5. The processing of the MOA takes 1 or 2 weeks. MOA for release will be posted here. (Be aware of your timeline)

6. Once ready for release, get the MOA from the PESO Office and submit it to your HTE for their notation.

7. Once signed by the HTE, provide 3 copies of the MOA and have it notarized.

8. Provide a notarized copy to the HTE and two copies to the PESO/SIP Office to receive an endorsement letter for the Internship.
