LOOK: (L-R) SJDM Water District Department Manager Atty. Leah Javier, SJDM Rep. Arthur Robes, SJDM Mayor Florida Robes, and SJDM Water District Chairman Aurelio Jose Jr. present the “Notice of Takeover” issued against PrimeWater Infrastructure Corp. – San Jose del Monte, Bulacan, on Tuesday, May 5. The order, pursuant to City Ordinance 2026-03-012, officially grants the Local Government Unit of San Jose del Monte control over assets and facilities related to water and wastewater systems managed by the company.
The city government says the move comes amid prolonged and recurring water service interruptions affecting more than 250,000 residents. Officials cite the General Welfare Clause under the Local Government Code as the basis for the takeover of PrimeWater’s water distribution assets and facilities in the city.

Nagsagawa ng Establishment Visitation ang San Jose del Monte City Police Station (SJDM CPS) sa iba’t ibang tindahan at negosyo sa lungsod nitong Lunes, April 20.

Nagbigay paalala dito ang mga pulis sa mga may-ari at empleyado hinggil sa pagpapatupad ng mga security measures tulad ng pagkakaroon ng CCTV cameras, sapat na ilaw, at pagiging mapagmatyag laban sa mga kahina-hinalang indibidwal.

Layunin ng aktibidad na mapalakas ang ugnayan ng kapulisan at mga negosyante, maiwasan ang mga insidente ng krimen tulad ng robbery at hold-up, at masiguro ang kaligtasan at kapayapaan sa buong lungsod.

Patuloy sa pagtupad sa kanilang mga tungkulin ang kapulisan ng San Jose del Monte City Police Station (SJDM CPS) sa pinaigting na mga serbisyo at programang ipinatutupad ng kanilang himpilan nitong Martes, April 21.

Nariyan ang Establishment Visit sa iba’t ibang tindahan at negosyo sa lungsod upang paalalahanan ang mga may-ari at empleyado hinggil sa pagpapatupad ng mahahalagang security measures tulad ng CCTV cameras, sapat na ilaw, at mas maigting na pagbabantay laban sa kahina-hinalang indibidwal upang maiwasan ang krimen tulad ng robbery at hold-up.

Kasabay nito, patuloy rin ang deployment ng kapulisan sa iba't ibang bahagi ng lungsod para sa police visibility, beat patrolling, at pag-aayos ng trapiko upang iparamdam sa komunidad ang presensya ng kapulisan sa lansangan bilang bahagi ng mga proaktibong hakbang ng himpilan para sa kaayusan at kaligtasan ng publiko.
